Roni’s Bagel Bakery began in West Hampstead in 1989, founded by Roni Avital with a simple idea: to create authentic bagels and Jewish baked goods with the care, quality and character of a neighbourhood bakery.
What started as one local bakery quickly became known for its freshly baked bagels, breads, pastries and cakes. As Roni’s grew, Roni and Alon Kubi brought the bakery to more London neighbourhoods, always keeping the same warm, home-style spirit at the heart of the brand.
Today, Roni’s continues to bring together bakery classics, generous deli favourites, breakfasts, cakes and coffee... still rooted in the same belief that good food should feel fresh, familiar and made with care.

From the beginning, Roni’s has been about more than bagels. Our biscuits and pastries are made from scratch using quality ingredients, keeping the homemade, neighbourhood-bakery feel that has always been at the heart of Roni’s.
Among the bakery favourites is our signature rugelach, a sweet pastry filled with a rich, nutty chocolate spread. Perfect alongside a hot drink, taken home for later, or served on a platter to share.
